Embracing the Journey: Navigating 2024 with Creativity and Passion

As I stand at the threshold of 2024, I can’t help but reflect on the transformative journey that 2023 unfolded. Change became the constant companion, steering me in unexpected directions and challenging me to explore new avenues. With limited access to my full craft room, I delved into the realm of digital creations, discovering a new form of artistic expression that resonated with me.

One significant evolution in my creative landscape has been the initiation of Free Friday SVGS/PDFs and free printables, a venture that has allowed me to share my work with a wider audience.

I may not post as often on other SM platforms this year but I do plan to be consistent with my Free Friday SVGs/PDFs and printables.  I’d love it if you could share or spread the word, it really helps me stay motivated to keep creating.

While digital creations have been an enriching detour, my heart remains devoted to the art of thrifting and vintage hunting. There’s an unparalleled thrill in uncovering hidden gems and transforming them into something entirely new. The tactile connection with vintage items, the stories they carry, and the creative possibilities they present continue to fuel my artistic soul.

In the coming months, I plan to amplify my creative journey by integrating new mediums into my online presence. The thought of incorporating videos into my blog or venturing into the realm of YouTube has been lingering in my mind. Yes, there’s a learning curve ahead – from mastering the intricacies of video editing to curating engaging content. Yet, this challenge excites me, for I am, at heart, a perpetual learner.

A craft show or market has been on my “want to do” list for some time. I would like to feature vintage, thrifted, flea market and garage sale rescues transformed into usable Christmas decor. The prospect of showcasing my creations in person adds an exciting dimension to my creative pursuits. The hum of a bustling craft fair, the exchange of ideas, and the shared passion for handmade treasures are experiences I eagerly anticipate.
