Day 6-6 Days of Giftspiration: Unique and Thrifty Gift Ideas
Welcome to the last day of 6 Days of Giftspiration: Unique and Thrifty Gift Ideas
If you are new here and you missed any previous days of Giftspiration make sure you go back and give them a read, as you’ll want to stay up to date so you don’t miss any great ideas.
This basket started with a coffee table book and then it took on a life of it’s own when I bought the other items to go with the book.

I found a gorgeous wooden tole-painted box that I instantly knew would be perfect for this “giftspiration” idea, and the best part is, it’s versatile enough to be enjoyed in any season—not just at Christmas! To give it a festive touch, I used two Christmas-themed tea towels to line the box and add some holiday spirit.
To complete the gift, I included a few thoughtful items to match the cozy, practical theme inspired by the book: a Swedish dish cloth, a box of baking soda, a bottle of baby oil, dish scrubbers, a bookmark, and a lovely apron. Each piece adds charm and function, making this a truly unique and personalized gift that’s practical yet full of warmth.

- $3.00 uses for baking soda book (thrifted)
- $4.00 tole painted box (thrifted)
