I love the thrill of the hunt. I always have and I think I always will. I can shop at thrift stores and go to antique auctions all year, but as soon as I see the first sign of Spring I get excited knowing I’ll soon be spending time scouring garage sale after garage sale…
I love CAKE, it is my favorite dessert and believe me I have eaten (and enjoyed) plenty of cake in my lifetime…since it is my birthday, I thought this would be a great post to talk about cake and share some pictures of cakes made by a very close and dear friend of mine.
We love cake in this house and this cake is one of the favorites. It only seems to get made for very special occasions…. If you make it, I hope you love it as much as we do.
