Day 12 – 12 Days of Christmas 2023 – Trash to Treasure
Welcome to the grand finale of my 12 Days of Christmas 2023 Trash to Treasure series! Today, I’m wrapping up with a project that takes old hardcover books from the thrift store (bought at a steal for just 50 cents each) and transforms them into a festive centerpiece that will fill your home with holiday cheer. Join me as I breathe new life into these forgotten literary gems with paint, red vinyl cutouts spelling JOY, NOEL, JINGLE and a touch of bakers twine and fake greenery to tie it all together.
These were my inspiration. You can find the link to Burton Avenue here
As I conclude my 12 Days of Christmas 2023 Trash to Treasure series, I hope you’ve been inspired to infuse creativity and holiday spirit into your home. Today’s project, with its revamped thrift store books, serves as a reminder that with a bit of imagination, even the simplest items can become cherished decorations. See you here next year!
Which one was your favourite? Let me know in the comments. I love to hear from you!
