Day 7: Unique Way to Gift Cookie Dough
Welcome to Day 7 of my 12 Days of Christmas.
Today I want to show you an interesting and unique way to “gift” cookie dough.
This idea would also be great for giving already baked cookies.
To make this gift box you will need to save empty cardboard boxes from rolls of foil or cling wrap.
First make sure you remove the metal tear strip (the sharp thing along the edge of the box). I used a little bit of craft paint to dress up the outside of the box.
I made some chocolate chip cookie dough and wrapped the dough in plastic wrap, and then in parchment paper, twisted the ends and tied with twine.
I lined the box with tissue paper, inserted the dough and finished it off with washi tape and some ribbon.
These can be made in advance and put in the freezer until time to deliver.
