Oh the lovely month of May AND a fun giveaway!!

I love the month of May, it has always been my favorite month of the year.

I love it for so many reasons but the top three are:

My dad’s birthday, my Birthday                                                                                       and

Three wonderful reasons to celebrate and all three of these reasons to celebrate usually fall within a day or so of each other.  I am very lucky to still have both of my parents and any reason to celebrate with them is always fun.

This year, however, we are 5000kms apart, so we won’t be sharing cake or opening gifts together BUT thanks to the wonders of modern technology (FaceBook and FaceTime) and some old school technology (telephone – thanks Alexander Graham Bell) we will still be in touch.
