Caramel Cones – Easy Microwave Recipe
Two years ago my sister sent me an email with a picture that read “Remember these?”
Boy did I…but when we were kids they were always store bought.
I was beyond delighted when I continued to read and there was a recipe. It was easy, simple and made in the microwave (which meant easy clean up – YAY).
These are a summer treat in our house because it seems one of the ingredients (mini ice cream cones) tends to be harder to find during other seasons.
Ingredients like brown sugar, marshmallows and condensed milk make this treat sweet and easy to make. Kids and adults alike enjoy them. I make two batches at a time and freeze them (they keep well in the freezer and stay fresh for two months), if they last that long!!
